I acknowledge that while participating in the Activity there is a risk that I may incur physical injury and/or cause damage to my personal or real property. Ballet Atelier, including any teachers involved with Ballet Atelier, (collectively, the “Released Parties”) assumes no responsibility for injuries or damages that may occur as a result of or in connection with participation in the Activity.
